As a fan of the Total War series, I was thrilled to dive back into the world of feudal Japan with Total War: Shogun 2. Developed by Creative Assembly and released in 2011, this game is a turn-based strategy masterpiece that still holds up today. With the Complete Prophet bundle, I got access to the base game, as well as the "Prophet" DLC, which adds a ton of new content to the game.

While the graphics may seem a bit dated compared to modern games, the game's art style and atmosphere still hold up incredibly well. The game's soundtrack, composed by Richard Bedell and others, perfectly complements the game's atmosphere, with beautiful traditional Japanese instruments and haunting melodies.

Shogun 2 has incredible replay value, with multiple factions to play, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The game's random events and diplomacy system ensure that no two playthroughs are ever the same. I've played through the game multiple times, and I still find myself discovering new strategies and approaches.
