The performances in Bhool Bhulaiyaa are excellent, with Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar delivering standout performances. The film begins with Aditya and Avni, a young couple who are excited to start their new life together. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Manjulika was a woman who lived in the mansion many years ago. She was married to Thakur Baldev Singh, but their marriage was unhappy, and she was eventually murdered by her husband. Manjulika's spirit has been trapped in the mansion, seeking revenge on her husband and anyone who enters her domain.
